Jewellery is one of the oldest trades in the world, and it still runs on habits nobody questions. Bullion positions in a spreadsheet. Refining recovery worked out at month-end. Goods handed to “our regular boy” with a phone call. Five different softwares that have never spoken to each other.
Everyone knows these problems. Almost nobody works on them, because they are unglamorous and hard. That is exactly why we do. Valenza takes the core problems of the trade and solves them in software — properly, at the level of a single gram — and then does the harder thing: makes it easy enough to actually use.
And we keep going. Bullion, refining and secure delivery are here. A mobile app, a gold trading platform and international markets are what comes next. This is a long road, and we are early on it.

This isn't a borrowed idea — it's my own line
I worked in production. I saw, first-hand, how jewellery is really made — under tight deadlines, chasing quality, watching lots fail, castings fail, follow-ups get missed, metal lost and brand identity slip away.
So I designed Valenza to fix exactly that: every micro-gram tracked, every order's follow-up in one click, real-time tracking and traceability — no more verbal, “WhatsApp” coordination.
Then I kept following the metal. It does not start on the factory floor — it starts as bullion, passes through a refinery, and has to be carried between people at every stage. Those parts had even worse software than manufacturing, so we built them too.

From the factory floor, at 16
I started in jewellery manufacturing at the age of 16, working full-time. Coming from a Marwadi family in Rajasthan, I learned the trade by doing it — and by learning from some of the best leaders in the industry. They shaped how I understood that jewellery manufacturers need a modern ERP ecosystem, not just design software.
