What is Valenza?
Valenza is an AI-powered platform for jewellers. Is Valenza only for manufacturers?
No. Manufacturing is one of five modules. Bullion traders, refineries and press units, wholesalers, exporters and multi-location retail jewellers all use Valenza — you take the modules your business actually needs and leave the rest.
What does Bullion ERP handle?
Buy and sell contracts, lot-wise assayed purity with gross / net / fine weight, premium and discount rules per counterparty, fixed and unfixed positions with live exposure, vault and location stock, import and export documentation, and metal plus cash ledgers per counterparty that reconcile continuously.
What does Refinery ERP handle?
Input lot registration, assay in and assay out, melt and press batches with output split back to contributing lots, recovery percentage measured against your allowed tolerance, a full dust and sweeps recovery cycle, refining certificates and customer-wise fine-metal ledgers.
How does Secure Delivery actually secure a delivery?
Custody can only be accepted by a verified, onboarded person — never an unnamed carrier. Seal number and gross weight are captured at dispatch and re-verified at receipt, the route and SLA are monitored live, and the handover is proven with an OTP, a photo and a signed digital receipt. Every step is appended to a trail that cannot be edited.
What does "auto audit" mean?
Every create, edit and delete across every module is captured automatically with who did it, when, and a field-level before and after. Corrections post a reversal rather than overwriting history, so the trail always reconciles. No screen has to be wired up for this — it applies to everything by default.
Can Valenza connect to my own website, app or other software?
Yes. There is a documented read-only REST API with scoped, revocable keys, plus webhooks that push events out as they happen. WhatsApp Business API and SMS run on your own sender identity, so messages come from your business rather than a shared pool.
Does it track every gram at every stage?
Yes — to 0.001 g, on an append-only ledger. Whether metal is sitting in a bullion vault, inside a refining batch, in a sealed parcel in transit or on a karigar’s bench, it is the same ledger and the same precision.
Can you migrate my old software or Excel data?
Yes, and it is part of onboarding, not an extra project. We audit your current system, map every field, import your full history — masters, parties, karigars, stock, orders and ledgers — validate every balance against your old books, then take you live fully loaded.
Do you provide training and setup?
Yes. Setup, data migration and staff training are all included in onboarding. We configure the system to how your business actually works, train each team on the screens they own, and stay with you through the first live cycle.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, continuously backed up, and hosted on hardened cloud infrastructure. Each company gets its own isolated database, and access is controlled per user and per page for view, create, edit, delete and export — on top of the audit trail.
