Valenza ERP ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information (name, email, company), the operational data you enter into the ERP (orders, inventory, designs, transactions), and standard technical data such as IP address and device/browser details for security and performance.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Valenza ERP service — running your workflows, generating reports, securing your account and providing support. We do not sell your data.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted, audit-logged, and protected by role-based permissions. We take ERP-grade accountability and zero-data-loss seriously.
4. Data Ownership
You own your operational data. It is isolated per tenant (company) and is never shared with other tenants. You can export your data at any time.
5. Third-Party Integrations
When you enable an integration (WhatsApp Business API, SMS, email, or anything you connect through our REST API and webhooks), data is shared with that service only as needed to perform the integration you configured.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies without consent.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@valenzaerp.in.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy; material changes will be notified within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
