Please read these terms carefully before using Valenza ERP.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Valenza ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Valenza ERP provides cloud-based jewellery manufacturing ERP software, including manufacturing workflows, order & inventory management, ledgers, analytics and AI tools, on a subscription basis.
3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is role-based; you must not share credentials or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
5. Data & Backups
You retain ownership of your data. We maintain reasonable backups, but you are encouraged to export important data. We are not liable for data you delete.
6. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed per the agreed terms. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
7. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may cause downtime.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valenza ERP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data within a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.
